Jerry.ai is seeking remote inbound sales agents to join its growing team. Bring your top-tier retail or service background and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding shoppers through insurance options.

This role is 100% remote with paid training and licensing exam, five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, full medical/dental/vision benefits and 401K matching. You’ll help customers compare 55+ insurers and close policies with confidence.

Formación

• Experience in retail/service environments such as Apple Store, Chick‑Fil‑A, Trader Joe’s or Costco.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to make customers feel welcome.
• Willingness to pursue insurance licensing and pass licensing exam.

• Assist customers remotely and guide them through insurance options.
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide solutions to their questions.
• Help customers complete insurance policy purchases.
• Handle inquiries and close deals in real time.
