CXG is a global Customer Experience consulting firm partnering with premium and luxury brands to transform experiences. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences, visiting stores or evaluating online from home and providing feedback to help brands refine services.

Assignments are flexible and can be completed across multiple missions per month. You’ll use our CXG Live platform to manage missions, certifications, and feedback, with compensation based on mission

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your preferences and profile
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in stores or online from home
• Observe carefully - check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires
