We’re seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess in-store and online experiences, providing feedback that helps brands refine services. Assignments take about 20 minutes each, with multiple missions available monthly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home; interact with sales staff.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires on our platform.
