CXG is a global Customer Experience consulting firm focused on premium and luxury brands. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences, providing critical feedback to refine services across boutiques, online stores, and product returns.

Each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes, with opportunities for multiple missions per month. You’ll collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide and use CXG Live to manage missions and feedback.

• Comfort with using an online platform to submit evaluations.

Responsibilities
