Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Grand Rapids, MI or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through data selling, problem solving, and creative thinking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across many stores.
• Must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to drive throughout the territory; MVRs must meet policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: identify opportunities to grow base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and maintain excellent service.
• Creative Display Management: install and maintain displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Brand Ambassadorship: interact with store personnel and consumers to share product knowledge and insights.
• Program Execution: execute sales programs and promotions, ensure customer compliance, maximize brand potential.
• Collaboration: work with Coca‑Cola Merchandisers and Field team to meet merchandising plans and minimize stockouts.
• Customer Insights: gather needs and issues to inform internal teams for improvement.
• Territory Account Maintenance: manage date codes, planograms, decals, and POS materials across accounts.
• Technology Utilization: use company tech for real-time reporting and insights.
