Job summary

The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. is hiring an in-house Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, delivering an excellent candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers.

The role supports outreach to expand employment opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. Remote position open to multiple states with occasional travel and a focus on finding innovative sourcing strategies, candidate management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in-house recruiting experience required; 2–3 years preferred.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions and intake processes.
• Screen candidates via telephone or video and coordinate interviews.
• Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries and manage offers and pre-employment steps.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth hiring.
