Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active commercial disputes, litigation, and arbitrations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other filings.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on strategy and budgets.
• Advise on employment-related disputes with HR and management.
• Negotiate settlements and manage case calendars.
