Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical care delivery in both in-home and telehealth settings. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior treatment plans, and providing supervision to Behavior Technicians. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree, have BCBA certification, and experience with children diagnosed with Autism. Offering a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually along with part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university which meets BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification OR Market Specific requirements are met.
• 1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical delivery of care by Behavior Technicians.
• Conducts initial and six month assessments and recommends plans.
• Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.
