Job summary

A dedicated ABA service provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part or full-time roles. You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality ABA services. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and a current BCBA certification. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $85,000 to $110,000, as well as flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs while ensuring program fidelity.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments.
