Job summary

Our client, a leading organization in international trade and logistics, is seeking an Import/Export & Custom Compliance Analyst to join their team. This role supports US and Canadian import/export operations and requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

This remote position offers a six-month engagement with potential conversion to full-time, requiring SAP/Ariba expertise and experience with HTS classification, ISF filing, and FDA/OGA/PGA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs compliance and import/export operations.
• Understanding of customs entries and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customs entries for US and Canadian shipments.
• Maintain accurate data entry across portals (FedEx, UPS, ACE, CARM).
• Monitor and resolve exceptions and compliance issues in import/export documentation.
• Maintain classification databases and recordkeeping systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
