Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in export/import regulatory roles; 4+ years accepted in lieu of degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related regs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to train multiple audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to think clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing activities to ensure compliance with U.S. export/import laws and SAIC policies.
• Serve as SME on export/import matters and advise internal customers.
• Review and process licensing submissions for U.S. government programs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related regs.
• Develop and deliver ITC training to staff.
• Collaborate across ITC and SAIC to implement process improvements.
• Maintain records and respond to inquiries regarding international trade compliance.
