Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment is an asset.
• CCS designation is an asset.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products.
• An eye for detail is critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with third parties to ensure international imports are cleared.
• Use multiple programs to input information into the database.
• Communicate with clients and transportation carriers via email and phone.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Skills

Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment
