• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing Air/Ocean shipments
• CCS designation is an asset

Descriptionof Role

As an Air/Ocean Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including Canada Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Air/Ocean imports are cleared for entry into Canada.

• Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database
• Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone
• Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
