Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist-I&S for a full-time remote role based in North Carolina. The position focuses on planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic initiatives for Rural Health Transformation, with travel to Morrisville HQ as needed.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, leaders, providers, and partners to reach project objectives, and is funded for one year with no guaranteed extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public health, healthcare administration, business administration, human services, organizational development, information systems, project management, or a related field and three years of experience coordinating, implementing, or leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities for assigned projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, action logs, and project documentation.
• Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support project launches, transitions, pilots, and operational deployments.
• Serve as a key implementation resource and SME for the Rural Health Transformation initiative.
