Job summary

Routeware is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customer implementations of Routeware Elements, analyzing waste and maintenance data, building models, and delivering optimized routes with thorough documentation.

You will consult with clients regularly, configure systems to meet needs, and interpret results while expanding cross-training across the product suite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel-based analytical capabilities with data collection, organization and analysis skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to tailor Routeware solutions to current and future needs.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements and optimize workflows.
• Interpret data, use statistics to analyze results, and deliver ongoing reports.
• Develop databases, data collection systems and analytics strategies for efficiency.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain data systems.
• Identify trends in complex data sets and communicate implications.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Work with management to prioritize information needs and opportunities.
• Identify new process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
