Job summary

PakEnergy, LLC is seeking an ERP Accounting Analyst for our oil & gas software suite. This role is remote, serving as the primary contact for our accounting software customers and helping them maximize value through expert guidance and proactive support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue accounting and strong Microsoft Excel skills, with supervisory experience and familiarity with Wolfepak/PakEnergy systems. Join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience revenue accounting experience preferred.
• First purchaser, service ticket, and OGP experience preferred.
• 1-3 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Wolfepak/PakEnergy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for customers of PakEnergy’s accounting software.
• Answer customer questions about software by phone and email and maximize users’ understanding of the product.
• Develop adoption and measurement plans and adjust solutions as needed.
• Respond to client emails and calls professionally and promptly.
• Collect information on software enhancements from clients and coordinate with teams to implement improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, teammates, and SMEs to resolve needs and test new releases for quality.
