Job summary

Arabella Advisors is seeking a Financial Engineer for Kiwi Partners to work with clients on financial processes, improvements, and dashboard implementation. You will collaborate with Project Managers, map accounts, and help design forecasting and KPI dashboards.

Role requires 2–4 years in accounting/consulting, strong MS Office and ERP tool experience, and the ability to work both independently and with client teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive accounting and/or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, Planner.
• Knowledgeable of principles and practices of accounting systems, internal controls, and implementing control improvements.
• Experience working independently and in multiple client environments.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data for detailed reports to aid strategic decisions.
• Train client employees and Kiwi staff on system usage and dashboards.
• Assist in system implementations (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify).
• Map chart of accounts and configure accounting applications per client needs.
• Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and strategic metrics.
• Support month-end close processes and cash flow forecasting.
