Job summary

Arabella Advisors seeks a Financial Transformation Consultant to partner with foundations and philanthropists. The role focuses on analyzing financial processes, implementing improvements, and training client teams on systems and dashboards. The candidate will support Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Expensify implementations and work across multiple client engagements.

The position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities across several U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive accounting and/or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, Planner.
• Knowledge of accounting systems, internal controls, and implementing control improvements.
• Experience in balancing needs of multiple clients and working independently or collaboratively.
• Prior experience in non-profit, startup, or unstructured environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client expectations and quantify them in engagement discussions.
• Deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner following the firm’s Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on tasks, budgets, timelines, and status memos.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Assist in system implementations (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify).
