Job summary

Arabella Advisors seeks a Senior Director of Consulting Services for Kiwi Partners in a hybrid model based in major US offices or remote states. You will lead Financial Engineers in process re-engineering, software implementations, and client engagements across multiple nonprofits and foundations.

You will guide teams on best practices, maintain budgets, develop business opportunities, and mentor staff while advancing nonprofit accounting and internal control improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years of professional experience including 6–8 years in progressive consulting roles.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience and leadership in a professional services setting.
• Experience managing client engagements, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead best practice review projects and ensure high-quality services across clients.
• Manage VAR relationships with related application vendors and lead engagements within time and budget.
• Advise on people, process, and technology changes and monitor engagement scope.
