Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Leadership, Public Policy, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in postsecondary education with student support expertise.
• Experience connecting postsecondary mathematics pathways or student support structures to workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of national initiatives and track project timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for CCI team members and communicate priorities.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in pathways and student support structures for systems-change work.
• Engage with state-level partners and schedule meetings with national partners.
• Document current project status and aid smooth handoff to incoming staff.
