Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in postsecondary education with student support expertise.
• Experience linking postsecondary mathematics pathways to workforce development.
• Experience with state partners on education policy.
• Team coordination across colleagues without direct supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of national initiatives during leadership transition.
• Support Systems Engagement for Impact team tasks and manage priorities.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for CCI team and communicate priorities to directors.
• Track timelines, deliverables, reporting, and flag risks for leadership.
• Provide expertise on pathways and student support structures to inform systems-change work.
• Connect postsecondary mathematics pathways to workforce readiness initiatives.
• Engage with state-level partners and coordinate meetings and communications.
