Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Impact Analyst to support operations serving communities in the Welkom area and beyond. This fully remote role centers on measuring, reporting, and improving the impact of charitable programs.

You will collect and analyze data to demonstrate outcomes, prepare dashboards and presentations for stakeholders, and provide data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an analyst with a focus on impact measurement or program evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with the non-profit sector or social impact initiatives is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, social sciences, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data collection systems to track program performance and impact.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess the effectiveness of various initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations on program outcomes for stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement and strategic planning.
