Job summary

UFW Foundation is seeking a Supervising Attorney, Immigration to lead a team of attorneys and manage a robust caseload across affirmative relief and removal defense. You will supervise and mentor staff, coordinate with the Directing Attorney, and ensure high-quality, compliant work while expanding outreach and Know Your Rights efforts.

The role is fully remote nationwide with salary range $85,000–$105,000 annually, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervising, mentoring, or training attorneys or legal staff.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus for client intake and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Direct legal services and casework across affirmative relief and removal defense.
• Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR, including hearings.
• Supervise and mentor a regional team of attorneys and staff.
• Distribute cases across the team and monitor quality and compliance.
• Recruit and oversee pro bono and low-bono attorney support.
• Identify patterns across cases and translate into advocacy or program changes.
