Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Salt Lake City. The role is remote until the office opens, after which it will be on-site.

You will conduct consultations with prospective clients, assess immigration needs, and guide them toward the right case type while meeting KPI targets and ensuring smooth onboarding. The position requires 1–3 years in quota-carrying consultative sales, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and experience with CRM platforms like

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience—in person or over the phone.
• Prior experience in legal intake, immigration services, or other consultative professional service sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and close engagements with empathy.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets such as lead-to-client conversion and down payment collection.
• Navigate pricing concerns with the firm's framework and involve a manager for exceptions when needed.
• Maintain CRM records of consultations and follow-ups in Litify/Salesforce.
• Participate in weekly legal and sales training to grow knowledge and selling skills.
