Job summary

Southern Law Center P.L. is seeking a driven Immigration Attorney to join our tech-forward firm in a fully remote capacity. You will provide high-quality legal counsel to clients worldwide seeking immigration support, shaping our digital-first approach and leveraging tools to maximize efficiency.

You will attend hearings, manage cases, and help prepare filings with USCIS, DOL, EOIR while staying updated on immigration law trends.

Qualifications

Active Bar Membership in good standing from any US state.
Hands-on experience with family-based, employment-based, and/or asylum processes is a plus.
Proactive, process-oriented mindset to move cases efficiently from intake to resolution.
Fluent with digital tools and a remote, digital work environment.

Responsibilities

Attend Master and Individual hearings in Immigration Court.
Provide client consultations and apply service and sales-oriented approaches.
Manage a high-volume immigration caseload from intake to resolution.
Deliver client service via digital platforms to review case status and provide legal advice.
Prepare and file immigration forms, petitions, and supporting docs with USCIS, DOL, EOIR electronically.
Contribute to digital innovation and automate processes.
Stay updated on immigration law trends through webinars and ongoing training.
