Job summary

Prosper Global is seeking a consultant to provide impact measurement and management expertise across its family of funds for a 6-month leave coverage, with potential extension. The role is fully remote with a preference for overlap with US time zones.

The consultant will drive the IMM Framework, data collection, and reporting for portfolio companies and pilots, contributing to fundraising and communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in impact investing, IMM, or related fields.
• Experience with SDGs, IRIS+, and Five Dimensions of Impact.
• Strong project management and remote coordination skills.
• Experience in emerging markets is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and apply IMM frameworks across Prosper Global Ventures and related funds.
• Coordinate data collection, verification, and analysis for portfolio reporting.
• Develop and refine impact metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for investments.
• Provide strategic IMM input for fundraising, grants, and communications.
• Deliver post-investment IMM support to portfolio companies and pilots.
