Job summary

Prosper Global Ventures is seeking a consultant to provide IMM expertise across its family of funds. This six-month consultancy offers a remote arrangement with time overlap in US time zones.

The consultant will implement the IMM approach, manage portfolio data collection and reporting, and develop impact metrics and case studies to support fundraising and investment decisions. The consultant will also contribute to updating the Theory of Change and collaborate with Investment & Innovation teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in impact investing and IMM.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management and the ability to coordinate remotely with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement Prosper Global Ventures' IMM approach across funds.
• Manage bi-annual portfolio data collection, verification, cleaning, and analysis.
• Develop and update fund-level IMM framework, Theory of Change, and KPI dashboards.
