Job summary

Prosper Global Ventures is seeking a consultant to provide impact measurement and management expertise across its family of funds. This 6-month consultancy supports IMM responsibilities at fund level and provides IMM support to Prosper Global’s Investment & Innovation teams.

The role begins around October–November 2026, with potential extension or conversion based on performance. The consultant will report to the Director of Impact and collaborate with Investment, Venture Lab, and Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in impact investing, impact measurement & management, impact evaluation, development economics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of SDGs, IRIS+, GIIN standards and Five Dimensions of Impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Implement IMM approach across Prosper Global Ventures’ funds in line with SDGs and IRIS+.
• Manage bi-annual portfolio data collection for reporting periods.
• Produce the 2026 Impact Report and develop case studies.
• Support launch of the Resilient Future Fund and update related frameworks.
• Provide IMM inputs for fundraising, business development, and funder reports.
• Perform full IMM reviews for new investments and Venture Lab pilots.
