HistoSonics Inc. is seeking an Imaging Manager, Clinical Operations to lead imaging operations for preclinical and clinical programs across modalities such as ultrasound, MR, CT, and others.

The role combines hands-on imaging with vendor management and regulatory readiness, reporting to a senior operations leader. This remote position offers travel 10-20% and a path for impact on device safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in preclinical/clinical research across multiple imaging modalities.
• Experience in regulated research environments, ideally medical devices/biotech/CRO.
• Proven track record authoring SOPs and protocols and training staff.
• Experience managing vendor core labs and sponsor relationships, including reviewing SOWs and budgets.
• Strong data integrity practices and cross-system data flow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to cross-functional/external audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead imaging operations across modalities in support of preclinical and clinical programs.
• Oversee image acquisition and quality control for safety and performance studies.
• Collaborate with study leads to design imaging components of protocols.
• Author, revise, and maintain SOPs for imaging procedures and data handling.
• Manage imaging platforms, vendors, and audits with regulators.
• Coordinate imaging data flow from sites to core lab to study database.
• Track timelines, risks, and vendor performance; communicate progress clearly.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across the imaging lifecycle.
