Job summary

Turing Global India is seeking detail-oriented QA Reviewers to verify image edits used to train AI image editing models. You will confirm edits match prompts, maintain photorealism, and keep other aspects unchanged. The role is remote and project-based with training and clear guidelines.

Responsibilities include scoring tasks, providing precise feedback, and escalating issues. Requires 1+ years in photo retouching/QA, strong English, and proficiency in Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English with high comprehension.
• Good research and analytical skills to judge edits objectively against guidelines.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking to judge ambiguous prompts and suggest fixes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with annotators and project leads.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Desktop or laptop with color-accurate display and good internet.
• 1+ years in photo retouching, compositing, art direction or QA.
• Strong eye for photorealism and ability to spot subtle editing defects at full resolution.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, enough to verify edits and make small corrections.

Responsibilities

• Review edited images against original image, prompt and L2 category to confirm edits match instructions and are photorealistic.
• Check lighting, shadows, reflections, perspective, edges, color consistency and absence of artifacts.
• Ensure areas not mentioned in instruction remain unchanged (identity, pose, background, resolution).
• Score each task on project quality rubric and indicate approval, minor fix or rework.
• Provide constructive, specific feedback and detailed annotations for corrections.
• Flag unclear prompts and escalate recurring issues to project lead.
• Identify error patterns and contribute to guideline updates and calibration sessions.
• Meet daily review throughput and maintain scoring consistency.
