Turing is seeking detail-oriented QA Reviewers to verify image edits used to train AI image models. You will compare original images, prompts, and edits for fidelity, realism, and adherence to instructions, providing feedback as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong English, an eye for visual accuracy, and 1+ years in photo retouching or related QA roles. This is a remote, project-based position with training and guidelines provided.

Formación

• Ability to read and write in English with a high degree of comprehension.
• Good research and analytical skills to judge edits objectively against guidelines.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking to judge ambiguous prompts and suggest fixes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with annotators and leads.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Desktop or laptop with a color-accurate display and good internet.
• 1+ years in photo retouching, compositing, art direction, creative QA or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Review edited images against the original image, the prompt and L2 category, ensuring edits match instructions exactly and nothing else changes.
• Assess realism and technical quality: lighting, shadows, reflections, perspective, edges, color consistency and absence of artifacts.
• Verify areas not mentioned in instructions remain unchanged (identity, pose, background, resolution).
• Score tasks and decide if approved, minor fix, or rework.
