Job summary

Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, a division of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, seeks a Logistics Support Analysis Manager to lead the USMC CLS program, defining LSA tasks and implementing an integrated logistics support program.

You will collaborate with program management and engineering, document analyses, develop maintenance and provisioning strategies, and supervise a team of logistics professionals to ensure contract compliance and optimal support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business or related field; security clearance may be required.
• Experience defining LSA requirements, performing LSA tasks, and establishing/operating an ILS program.

Responsibilities

• Define holistic ILS program with customers and KUAS engineering teams.
• Document required LSA tasks and requirements for ILS program.
• Perform analyses and document results in reports/CDRLs (e.g., LSA, RCAM, maintenance planning).
• Define separation of responsibilities between contractor and customer; establish facilities, processes and training.
• Oversee ILS program to ensure contract compliance and implement improvements.
