PingWind is seeking an IDV/IDAR Specialist to support external users of the FSA IAM systems. You will handle identity verification and account recovery, manage support mailboxes, process documents, and maintain accurate case records to enable secure, reliable access to FSA applications.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing identity documents and user information.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with external users.
• Ability to handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) securely and confidentially.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple cases, mailboxes, and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of identity verification and account recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to emails in key support mailboxes, assisting external users with manual identity verification or account recovery.
• Process user-submitted identity documents and update case notes in the PAS Admin Tool.
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and support data sharing for fraud analysis.
• Support content updates, access and use reporting, and token management where needed for customer support.
