PingWind, Inc. is seeking an IDV/IDAR Specialist to work remotely and support external users of the FSA IAM systems.

You will manage identity verification and account recovery, handle case notes in the PAS Admin Tool, and maintain accurate records to ensure secure access to FSA applications. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple mailboxes while handling sensitive PII with discretion.

Qualifications

• Review identity documents and user information with high attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with external users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to emails in support mailboxes (FSA ID Verify / ID Verification).
• Process identity documents and update case notes in the PAS Admin Tool; close cases when verified.
• Manage data related to user identities and support internal data sharing for fraud analysis.
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and assist with content updates and token management as needed.
