Job summary

EY Identity Verification Engineer role to design and deliver IAM solutions across 1Kosmos and Microsoft Verified ID platforms, integrating with Entra ID/Azure AD, AD, and other IAM tools. You will implement passwordless authentication, biometrics, and identity proofing aligned with NIST guidelines, while supporting onboarding for a broad workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
2+ years hands-on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementation experience.
Experience with identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometric verification.

Responsibilities

Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
Configure and support document verification, biometric authentication, liveness detection, and identity assurance controls.
Implement IAL2-grade identity proofing per NIST 800-63.
Support onboarding journeys for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
Integrate 1Kosmos with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
Develop and support API-based integrations for identity verification lifecycles.
Configure SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM integrations.
