PingWind is seeking an IDV/IDAR Specialist to support external users of the FSA IAM systems. You will monitor support mailboxes, process identity documents, and ensure accurate handling of user information for secure access to FSA applications.

Remote work from the United States, with a Public Trust clearance requirement. Requires an Associate degree and 4 years of related experience, plus strong data handling and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Review identity documents and user information for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to emails in FSA ID Verify and ID Verification mailboxes.
Process identity documents and update case notes in PAS Admin Tool.
Close cases after verification and maintain accurate records for reporting.
Support data sharing for fraud analysis and internal reporting.
Assist with AIMS token management and other admin tasks as needed.
