Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting enterprise authentication solutions.
• Strong understanding of federation protocols and identity management.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of a team focused on maintenance and development of authentication systems.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing contributions and teamwork.
• Ensures adherence to policies, budgets, and staffing allocations.
• Leads team-level project details and provides SME technical direction during transitions.
• Participation in weekly on-call rotation may be required.
