Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Manager to oversee IAM operations, policies, and team performance in a remote role. You will partner with IT and business units to promote secure identity services, establish enforcement standards, and drive strategic IAM initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT/InfoSec and 3+ years in IT management, with a Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information technology/information security experience.
• 3+ years of IT management and direct people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing and enforcing IT security policies and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IAM operations and service delivery.
• Partner with IT and business operations to promote IAM capabilities and security frameworks.
• Lead staff performance management, coaching, and development.
• Recruit, orient, and train team members in a secure work environment.
• Define and deliver strategic plans for identity technologies, policies, and procedures.
