Job summary

Tiro Sec in Hollywood, FL is seeking a hands-on Manager, Identity & Access Management to lead a team of five engineers and drive enterprise IAM modernization initiatives. You will shape architecture and deliver complex transformations.

This role requires deep IAM expertise, practical leadership, and a passion for automation, platform integration, and vendor collaboration in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise IAM expertise across IGA, PAM, directory services, SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.
• Proven experience leading IAM modernization programs, including platform selection, implementation, integration and migration.
• Hands-on technical leadership experience managing and developing IAM engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of security automation, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs and workflow integrations.
• Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, ideally within large, regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IAM engineers (5 people) and drive major modernization initiatives.
• Own platform selection, implementation, integration and migration for IAM transformations.
• Develop engineers, deliver hands-on technical leadership, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners to implement enterprise-grade IAM solutions.

We're partnering with a global hospitality organization undergoing a significant cybersecurity transformation. They're looking for a hands-on IAM Manager to lead a team of five and drive major enterprise identity modernization initiatives.

This isn’t a traditional management role. We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys getting hands-on, developing engineers and delivering complex IAM transformation projects.

What we're looking for
