Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking an IAM/ICAM Lead to guide enterprise identity governance, access management, and cybersecurity modernization for large federal environments. Remote (U.S.) with occasional travel, collaboration with executives, security teams, and business partners to strengthen controls and improve user access experiences.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in cybersecurity/identity management and hands-on experience with IAM ecosystems, governance, and zero-trust strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity, identity management, or access management experience.
• 3+ years supporting IAM, ICAM, identity governance, or access management programs.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with IAM technology stacks and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of enterprise IAM/ICAM strategies and roadmaps.
• Assist organizations in modernizing identity governance and access management capabilities.
• Develop recommendations for improving identity lifecycle management processes.
• Support enterprise identity governance committees, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and industry best practices.
• Coordinate identity-related compliance and reporting activities.
• Participate in identity security reviews and architecture discussions.
