Job summary

Edify seeks an International Diploma in Education (iDE) Technical Coordinator to oversee data quality across Woocommerce registration, TalentLMS training, and Salesforce progress tracking for multiple cohorts worldwide. Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality across iDE systems (WooCommerce, TalentLMS, Salesforce).
• Manage and optimize cross-platform integrations and data syncs.
• Produce and troubleshoot automated reports and end-of-term grades.
• Provide ongoing support to cohorts across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with Edify HR & IT on system impacts.
