Cloudera is seeking a Field Specialist - Data Lakehouse (Apache Iceberg) to join our global team in a pivotal pre-sales role. You will design scalable, cloud-native lakehouse architectures and drive customer success across BI and AI-ready analytics use cases, engaging with technical and executive stakeholders.

You will lead PoCs, support solution sizing, and advise on adoption across hybrid cloud environments, while influencing product direction and evangelizing the open data lakehouse paradigm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading data warehousing and BI use cases in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with data lakehouse architectures built on Apache Iceberg.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer engagements by designing cloud-native lakehouse architectures for BI and AI-ready analytics.
• Support PoCs, solution sizing, and adoption in multi-cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex performance, workloads, and data federation challenges.
• Develop educational materials and share best practices for modern data warehousing.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback for data lakehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer success and product vision.
