Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an ICAM Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Identity Governance & Administration capabilities within a DoD ICAM environment.

This fully remote role focuses on driving modernization of IGA services for millions of identities and requires security clearance and DoD IAM expertise. The position involves defining product vision, prioritizing capability roadmaps, and coordinating with engineering and security teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICAM/IAM/IGA or related programs.
• Strong understanding of provisioning, entitlements, access reviews and policy controls.
• Experience with identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA).
• Ability to create and manage product roadmaps, user stories, and intake workflows.
• Excellent communication with engineering, cybersecurity, and mission stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IGA within ICAM.
• Lead backlog prioritization and requirements across access lifecycle and entitlement workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and stakeholders to meet security and compliance needs.
• Gather user needs and mission priorities to guide feature development.
• Drive product readiness through documentation, training materials, and change communication.
• Manage cross-team alignment and communicate roadmap progress and risks.
