Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IGA within the ICAM ecosystem.
• Lead backlog prioritization and requirements across teams supporting access lifecycle management, entitlements, roles, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and mission stakeholders to meet technical, security, and compliance needs.
• Gather user needs and mission priorities to guide feature development and product decisions.
• Drive product lifecycle activities including enhancements, operationalization, and retirements.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering implementation.
• Coordinate across teams to align on IGA architecture and modernization efforts.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies.
