Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks an experienced ICAM Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain IGA and Identity Data Management capabilities across enterprise and edge environments.

The role emphasizes SailPoint IdentityIQ, Radiant Logic, and identity lifecycle management within a DoW ICAM mission. The position is hybrid, requiring regular on-site support at Fort Meade, MD, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
• 8570/8140 IAT Level II (Security+ CE or higher).
• 10+ years of IAM/IGA/ICAM experience in government/regulatory environments.
• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent IAM platforms.
• Strong experience with Radiant Logic, RadiantOne, or equivalent identity data platforms.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with AD/LDAP/HR systems and enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting identity lifecycle management, entitlements, SoD controls.
• Experience designing for distributed, federated, or mission-partner environments.
• Experience with Java, XML, REST APIs, LDAP queries; Linux/Windows servers; and Agile development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise IGA and Identity Data Management for enterprise and edge ICAM architectures.
• Support SailPoint Identity IQ and Radiant Logic platforms for identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Develop Radiant Logic components, workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning policies.
• Engineer solutions extending identity governance to mission partners and edge computing environments.
• Integrate authoritative data sources, identity repositories, and downstream applications.
• Implement and support Joiner/Changer/Leaver (JML), access requests, certifications, and entitlement governance.
• Configure identity correlation, reconciliation, aggregation, and data quality processes.
• Support SoD, compliance monitoring, and enterprise role management initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources to ICAM ecosystems.
• Support Zero Trust and identity-centric security initiatives through governance and access controls.
• Document architectures and deployment procedures; participate in Agile ceremonies.
