Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Migration Engineer with a Secret clearance to support ICAM initiatives. Remote work with potential travel to government facilities is available. You will execute integration of NIPRNet apps into a centralized ICAM stack using Okta for IdP and SailPoint IIQ for IGA.

The role requires hands-on engineering, collaboration with application owners, and delivery of secure, compliant solutions in a fast-paced federal IT environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity or related field.
• 2+ years of IAM, enterprise app integration or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) in enterprise environments.
• Experience with IdP/IGA platforms and DoD/ govt security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate NIPRNet applications into the ICAM stack with Okta IdP and SailPoint IGA in production.
• Triage identities, identify gaps, document risks, and determine enablement pathway.
• Configure federation and SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM with connectors.
• Develop custom tools, scripts, and middleware for legacy apps.
• Advise on RBAC and ABAC configurations for ICAM platform.
