Koniag Government Services seeks a Senior ICAM Specialist to lead design, implementation, and management of ICAM programs for SBA. You will drive strategic planning, architecture, and governance across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments, collaborating with SBA leadership and external partners.

The role requires senior expertise in federal ICAM, NIST, and OMB guidance, with a focus on Zero Trust integration and secure identity management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive work experience.
• 7+ years in identity and access management, with federal or large enterprise exposure.
• Expert knowledge of federal ICAM frameworks and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICAM architecture, implementation, and operations for SBA program.
• Develop ICAM strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans aligned with federal mandates.
• Design ICAM architectures for identity governance, credential, and access management across SBA enterprise.
• Assess gaps against Zero Trust principles and prioritize improvements.
• Create ICAM architecture documentation and reference artifacts.
• Guide IGA, RBAC/ABAC, and access certification processes.
