Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Migration Engineer with a Secret clearance to support a large DoD ICAM initiative. You will drive the integration of NIPRNet applications into a centralized ICAM stack, leveraging Okta for IdP and SailPoint IIQ for IGA in production environments.

The role requires strong IAM and enterprise security experience, collaboration with application owners, and the ability to deliver secure, compliant integrations in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on IT experience with at least 2 years in IAM, enterprise application integration, or cybersecurity disciplines.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, or OIDC in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with IdP/IGA platforms and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with application owners.

Responsibilities

• Execute integration of NIPRNet applications into the ICAM stack with Okta IdP and SailPoint IIQ in production environments.
• Document triage findings, configurations, risks, and engagement activities in tracking systems.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and application owners to resolve integration challenges and share reusable solutions.
• Ensure all integration activities comply with DoD security requirements and DoD cybersecurity certifications.
