Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Migration Team Lead to support a large ICAM initiative for a DoD customer. This remote position leads enablement engineers and supports the centralized identity stack using Okta as IdP and SailPoint IIQ for IGA.

The ideal candidate has extensive IAM leadership experience, DoD-aligned security knowledge, and the ability to drive multi-phase migrations across hundreds of applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information technology with at least 3 years in a technical lead or team lead role managing IT integration, migration, or IAM programs.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with IAM technologies, enterprise application integration, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in a federal government environment and ability to coordinate cross-functional enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the migration enablement team and provide technical direction.
• Direct the triage of pre-registered applications and document findings in the Enablement Tracking Database.
• Oversee integration between the ICAM stack and target apps using Okta IdP and SailPoint IIQ in production.
• Guide Application Owners through the enablement lifecycle and UAT activities.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and maintain enablement velocity.
