Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join a strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme within a leading banking environment. You will provide L2 production support for Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and related IAM services, troubleshooting incidents, supporting integrations, and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy permanent fixes.

The role is remote (UK) on a 6-month contract with potential extension and inside IR35.

Qualifications

• MIM support experience required.
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL troubleshooting skills.
• .NET application support (logs, configuration, services).
• Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos & authentication technologies.
• Incident, problem and change management experience.
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
